3 Bedroom Home in the Dale’s, Very close to Ipswich town centre.

We really enjoyed our stay. Top things are: - cosy living room - excellent kitchen diner space which backs out onto the garden. - very comfy beds - very good communication - great location - a large driveway to park two vehicles - fast internet and sky TV available on the downstairs TV and smart boxes on the TVs upstairs. Honestly there's so much more I could say. It was really nice to stay there and the negatives are more just mild improvement points really.

- description of rooms was inaccurate - there seems to be a mistake for one of the rooms where it says "double bed, large double bed" which makes you think there are two doubles in that room but it is in fact just one large double. - not enough towels for the number of beds, but the description says towels are provided. About 4 are but there are 8 beds so could potentially have 8 people. - could do with a second key. With so many people sharing, it would be good to have another key so someone could be inside with the door locked and someone else could have another key to get in.

A nice house but needs updated. The house had everything you need. Easy access. Big drive way.

The floors were disgusting. My friends 1 year old could not crawl about the floor as the 1st day her clothes were covered in dirt. Bathroom window needs cleaned or replaced, it is very dirty and mouldy.

The owner’s communication was excellent he was very welcoming and reassuring couldn’t have been better

The location was great not to far to get on the a12 and was on a quite road an the owner was friendly and helpful.

Their isn’t anything I can really say bad other than maybe the Lino in the upstairs bathroom could do with changing
