Caravan is a bit dated, and decking needs cleaning Oven is cooking quicker than should be, even when turned on low and I cook with gas at home. Would have been better if hoover supplied, so could have kept carpets tidy.

Location was perfect and the views were spectacular! It was cozy and despite what people said about cleanliness, it was VERY clean inside and out. The shower was really nice too. Sometimes you get caravans with low pressure shower heads, but it was hard for me to get out, it was that good! Over all, it was cozy and welcoming and we would love to come back and stay again.

Bringing out on duvet covers and towels was a bit of a ball ache. We also should have been given a heads up that there are no tea towels or sponges to wash and dry dishes with. It also had a doggy smell on the sofa in the front room.

The location is superb and very lovely next to the beach and nature reserve

Unfortunately my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an overwhelmingly dirty environment. The caravan smelled strongly dare I say....... stale urine, which was incredibly off-putting right from the start. It needs redoing all the beds, throwing out the tacky, very old bedding and fresh lick of paint. Additionally, there was plastic junk outside, - really cheap plastic orchids, broken plant pots and the list goes on. The condition of the caravan itself was also quite concerning. It appeared to be in a state of disrepair, with various issues that made me question its suitability for rental - like shower barely functioning. Frankly, I was surprised that such a unit could legally be rented out given its condition. I would recommend thorough inspection and improvement of the caravan's condition before it is rented out again. Guests deserve a comfortable and clean environment during their stays, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.

Nice little caravan in a great location.

Receiving an email to say we’re being charged £15 for a single duvet that is missing. We didn’t take it, but it’s possibly with the double duvet in the double room, as we took our own duvet with us and put your duvet on the single bed during our stay. Then before leaving ,my husband put the double duvet from the single bed on to the double bed, and possibly picked up the single duvet at the same time. Still waiting to hear if this has been checked. We’ve found this issue quite upsetting as we left the caravan as we found it.

Nice location, good well laid out site. Located for quite easy access to beaches and nature sites lovely ;0)

Having to bring sheets and towels was a bit of a pain.

The caravan was comfortable if a bit old fashioned. View of the sea was great from the balcony. Plenty of cutlery.

Curtains behind sofa couldn't be reached to be closed. The decking couldn't be used due to dirty furniture and it was a shame that the hanging baskets and pots were full of weeds. No permanent base to park on so we stepped out onto mud due to the rain.

Location was great for us, very quiet residential park. Loved watching the baby rabbits skipping about. Caravan was well equipped & in good condition.

The only downside to the caravan was that there were lot of little spiders all over the ceilings & walls. Think there may be a nest under ceiling plinths?? Also the single beds in 2nd room are not big enough for adults, one person ended up sleeping on sofa in lounge.
