The property boasts an ideal location, just steps from the sea and within a short walk of shops and a variety of amenities, making it both convenient and picturesque.

The property is in urgent need of significant maintenance, particularly regarding the condition of the walls. Visible signs of neglect, such as cracks, peeling paint, and dampness, clearly indicate the need for immediate repairs. Upon arrival, we were met with water dripping from the ceiling, resulting in wet and slippery floors that posed a safety hazard. While the owners kindly offered us an alternative property, we chose to stay as the inconvenience of relocating after the second day outweighed the challenges of dealing with the current issues.
