Modern & Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Pieta by 360 Estates

Large, newer apartment. Good and quiet location, close to bus stations, shops and restaurants. Ok bathrooms, large kitchen+dining room, tidy. Clean bedding and towels. Always enough hot water.

Two rooms have windows facing a dark area.

Restaurants and shops were close by. Close to the airport. Quiet location. Parking garage right across the street. Quick response to issues by the management.

Issues with locks on a window and the kitchen balcony door. The wall one of the back rooms was peeling and falling all over our bed and belongings. Toilet seat of one of the bathrooms was not connected to the toilet. The management did state that they would be fixing these issues. Also forgot to mention to them that the drying rack above the sink was very rusty. Could have used some more seating in the living area so everyone could sit together but still a nice place.

Spacious apartment with 4 bedrooms and 3 of them with thier own bathroom.

No dishwasher. No cofee machine. Very few pans. One bathroom with important signs of flooding

Clean and spacious, there were 6 of us: 2 couples and 2 friends and it was comfortable for all of us. Our host was friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

In our bathroom the handle in the shower was broken and the shower head didn’t work properly so the water sprayed everywhere. This caused a minor discomfort, however after I signalled this to our host it was fixed immediately. Our main issue was the construction happening next to the building where the apartment is. Obviously this is not the property’s fault, but was super irritating. We came there to relax for holiday and were waken up every day at 7am due to loud noises, drilling, knocking etc…A heads up would have been nice (or earplugs or any other way of acknowledgment).

Clean, good location, has everything that one needs !

Apartment is very bright and clean.

The area is a bit isolated in the evening, we didn't even find a bottle of water and the first night we were thirsty.
