The 121 Residences is in a good and convenient location, and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, the room was nice, comfortable, very clean, and cozy. The customer service was very friendly and informative. I had a great one-night stay.

"Excellent and Secure Property with Great Facilities"

The 3-bedroom property was excellent and secure, which exceeded our expectations. Our host, Jeff, was very responsive and very polite in his communications with us. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were able to walk to the One Utama Mall. There were also many retail outlets nearby, such as convenience stores and mini-markets (e.g. 7-Eleven), laundromats, and a variety of eating places. The facilities, such as swimming pool and gymnasium, were excellent. There is also a children's playground, which is a bonus for families with young children.
