The whole energy of the unit was so lovely. Very modern, clean, and well maintained. Staff Zahra was very helpful from beginning up to last day check out. Highly recommend. And will definitely stay again.

The balcony is too small.

1. I really liked the location as it was conveniently close to my training center and One Utama. 2. The house was clean, tidy and spacious enough for me.

1. The unit next to my apartment was undergoing renovations causing significant noise in the evenings. Additionally, the dust from the renovation work was so irritating to my eyes and nose. While I am fortunate not to have allergies, the situation was still uncomfortable. 2. The shower drain was clogged resulting in water pooling around my feet during showers. It was unpleasant and required me to clean out dust and hair from the drain myself. Considering I paid a cleaning fee, I feel it was unreasonable to handle this issue on my own. 3. I noticed a damp towel placed on the kitchen sink which emitted a sour smell. Proper handling of such items would improve the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space.

overall is very good

the property still very new ~ still alot unit still under renovation ~ so on 8am onwards you will hear alot sound from the work😅
