Obiekt wymaga systematycznych napraw: rozpadające się schody, cieknąca kabina prysznicowa, urwane uchwyty na papier itp. Rozpadające się i słabo oznaczone pojemniki do segregacji (w pojemniku na bio odpady plastikowa torebka po tabletkach do zmywarki wypełniona brudną gąbką do mycia naczyń i papierowymi rolkami po papierze toaletowym - chyba nawet obsługa nie wie jak segregować śmieci) ...jedzenie zapakowane w jednorazowy plastik.
