Private & Elegant 3BHK villa, Hillside Hideaway, 10 mins from MH Bus Stand

Care taker was irresponsible. Didn't mention any deficiencies of the house while checking in. Later we find following deficiencies, 1. Kitchen utensils were insufficient which on pointing out made good next day partially 2. Toaster out of order 3. Washing machine out of order 4. Dishwasher as mentioned in booking. Com was not provided . 5. Bathroom latch in one common bathroom was broken from inside. 6. Only two bathrooms, one common and attached provideded Further to abobve , our booking was for 7 adult but sleeping facility was for six only. When asked for extra mattress rs 500 extra per day demanded in addition to prescribed charges of rs 11,850 for seven adults for two nights we booked.

Caretaker and casual attitude of the contact person managing the homestay.

Excellent location. A 100 meters from Bibi ka Maqbara. Spacious and modern looking villa. The name of the villa is Sneha. The caretaker is available for any help. Fantastic terrace for use. A good size TV is available in the hall. Small but quite private front lawn also adds character to the place. Loved the night lighting Massage chair and rocking chair were good additions though some housekeeping is required for both.

The hot water facilities need improvement. Even though solar water heater was provided , there was no hot water in the attached bathroom. Lots of the 3 pin plugs are available , most of them had spring loaded child safety which made them unusable for mobile chargers etc. The chrome fittings in bathrooms need replacement / clean as hard water has affected most fittings.

Property is neat and clean. Very close to Bibi ka makbara and Aurangabad caves . Great value for money. Shubham was very helpful and guided us to reach the property along with follow-up on our stay arrangements . The caretaker of the property was very supportive. My little one enjoyed stay a lot thanks Shubham for the comfortable and cozy stay

More attention is required about door locking. Even bathroom doors are not closed properly. All other things are good

To start with, i was a little skeptical about booking the property as it had only 3 reviews!! But everything has a starting right? Its basically a 3 bhk flat owned by renowned doctors couple of the place, currently rented by their son. It was clean, convenient and amazing. The central staircase convers frm d basement parking to the terrace. Care takers stay in the property. Has a functional kitchen with water filters and gas connection. Felt lyk styng at home. They provided clean towels, washrooms had toiletries. Bonus: they have a massage chair.

Spotting d villa wuld b d tricky part but as soon as u call the care taker, he wuld rush to welcme u...

The Villa registered in Booking.com is true at itself. The overall stay is very comfortable and luxurious. The amenities provided are sufficient for someone looking for stay in a group consisting of 6 persons. We were a group of 6 people and enjoyed our time here and truly recommend to others to look forward to the property.
