Location. Nothing esle.

The apartment was very dirty. The windows have not been washed in years. The crack that someone reported in the previous review is still there. The ropes to hold the frames are ripped, so it's impossible to have the window open. The place was not cleaned properly,, there were stains on the furniture and cleaning spray left on the kitchen top.There was a black mold all over the bathroom, including shower basin! The soap container in the kitchen had only water inside. The bed was old and uncomfortable, with a very worn-out mattress. The wardrobe was full of old lamps and cables. Despite check out info at 1.00, the lady was ringing our door and asking to leave just before 11.

Just as described. Cozy and really met our needs for a three day visit.

Kitchen and bathroom were good with good facilities. Bed was comfortable. Owner was efficient and polite.

Decor in living area was poor. Windows were dirty and covered in bird dropping and one window was cracked. Blinds were inadequate and in poor condition. Terrible old fireplace, surroundings paintwork was old and chipped.

Luke was a very good host, all information was sent in plenty of time, the studio was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable, we had a wonderful time!

The host was lovely, the apartment was rather clean, and a lovely wealth of facilities were available. The bed was awfully comfy, too! This apartment is situated in a great little location. It was such a nice treat being only a 10-minute walk down to the beach.

Room slightly tired , could do with a paint refresh . Bed linen clean but not pressed. Basin in bathroom needed attention Shower cubicle shelf loose.
