Beautiful apartment (80m2) with a large terrace

Overall it was nice. Big specious apartment. Location is nice.

I stayed in the living room, which had huge windows but unfortunately no curtains or blinds. In the morning, it was extremely bright, and I woke up with the sun. I messaged the host on the day we arrived, asking if it was possible to switch to another apartment, as I could already see this would be an issue—but I only received a reply after checkout. It was also hard to fall asleep at night because the other room had large interior windows facing the living room. When the lights were on in that room, it lit up the whole space, making it difficult to rest. The place could be more comfortable with proper window coverings, especially for guests sleeping in the living room.

The host ensured a seamless check in, accommodated us to leave our bags after check out to still explore this beautiful Town. The apartment catered for our needs, good location and very comfortable.

Ceiling & light need to be fixed. Also, small tea spoons are missing, and shower gel will be nice.

The location is great, very close to the Old Town, Michael's gate etc. Unfortunately, that also means cars are not allowed on this street, the closest pick-up/ drop-off point for taxi is a few meters away, so not too bad. Tram stop is right in front. There is a grocery store, souvenir shop and a few restaurants right next door. Building is secure and clean, has an elevator, but must go up 5 steps to get to it. The apartment is big, spacious. Well-stocked kitchen with all utensils one might need, a lot of closet space. Tons of hangers! There is a big double bed in the bedroom and a smaller, single bed, in the corner of the living-room.

I thought the cleaning was a bit superficial. Streaks on the mirror in bathroom, the shower door and floor had soap scum on it, found hairs on the pillow case and on the towels, the tea kettle was really dirty. When taking a shower and having a bit of steam in the bathroom, you could see all the walls had big streaks and smudges on them. No toiletries in the shower. There is washing machine, no laundry soap. The duvets are 1-person each, very flimsy and cheap fabric for the duvet covers.
