We loved how spacious the place was - the living room area made us feel very comfortable. There were dishes for birthday cake. The master bedroom was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The place was very clean and the bath towels were luxurious. I want to buy those towels. There were good shampoos and conditioners (no body gel though which would have been nice.)

The pictures showed the bedroom which two big beds in it, and looked big enough for two people, but the beds were twin size - better for one person. I was disappointed seeing how small the two beds were. The master bedroom had a king size bed which was great. But we had 2 young people and they were expecting a bigger bed to share. I would have also liked a quick text with the most important information before my arrival such as the code to the house lock. I missed my email with the check-in information somehow. Eventually found it, but a quick text before my arrival would have helped because I felt a bit flustered not knowing how to get into the apartment.

Great location and really nice apartment with everything you need. Management team were really responsive and helpful when we had door lock issues.

Coffee maker is too small for 4 people.

Would have liked a full sized coffee maker but the small one worked fine.

There are not enough utensils. The coffee maker is too small.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean rental. Good communication. Walking distance to restaurants. Easy access to Arches National Park.

$110 for cleaning fee is higher than other rental agencies.
