Difficult to find, even for taxi drivers no letterbox doesn’t exist on google map as address given. Very measly with supplies no milk, two sachets of hot chocolate for two adults two nights, no fresh towels, horrible exit light made it hard to sleep, very noisy from occupants upstairs, can hear walking around, washing machine toilet etc so very hard to sleep. Expensive when quality on par with cheap hotel.
NZClose to the beach and bus as well as some local restaurants and cafes. It is also a lovely property and well presented.
New pillows would be a good idea.

Ridiculous exit light in the main bedroom. Impossible to sleep without covering it up. I have never experienced a fully lit exit light in a bedroom throughout my entire life. Only consolation is that it could be covered by a jacket. Bedroom is fully illuminated but the driveway is completely dark - go figure!
NZGorgeous property, location amazing! Would stay again but like everything on Waiheke, pricey!! They were very good to let us in early for checkin and a complimentary bottle of wine which was much appreciated !
