The Rose 704: Top Floor Modern Studio Apartment

The view was amazing at room 704. Quiet building, clean, great location, the access is very practical

I missed a full body mirror. Besides that, I loved the apartment

Accessibility to different facilities including banks and restaurants, clean.

The check in staff were rude. Some lights in the room were not functional.no parking!

Cleanliness

The stove didn’t work at first, turns out the switch want on from the main switch

Great view, very nice location nearby with many cafes

Especially the communication with the landlord is a disaster! We had to do many things ourselves. The housekeeping staff go into the rooms without letting you know. If you don't take care of things like towels for the pool etc. then nothing happens. I can't recommend the accommodation if you want to work there. The electrics are unstable. Fuses are blowing, nobody helps.

The couch and blanket wasn't very clean

The place was nice and exactly as advertised in the pictures.

I was told no smoking allowed but there was weed smell in the hallway and room. Other than that all was good
