"Worst experience ever MICE infestation, do not stay looks nothing like the pictures"

This place is nothing like the picture's. Do you not stay here? It's in a horrible neighborhood and the places are dump. It's also infested with mice do not be fooled.There's no five bedrooms.It's just a bed in every room of the house. It was also drafty and freezing. There was no towels for us or bedding on the beds when we arrived.The man who owns the house is horrible, nasty. And talks to women like complete shit. Overall, this was a horrible experienc we were talked to horribly and accused of doing things we didn't like breaking things and having things missing by the owner after leaving in bringing the mice to his attention and telling him he needed to take care of the mice infestation before renting it again.

The photos they posted of the place made it look renovated, but it was an old place with old windows blinds that couldn’t be opened because they would fall to the floor, and I had to play handyman on my vacation. I found it very misleading to make it look new and clean place in the photos went it really wasn’t.

Old dirty place with air fresheners everywhere trying to mask the old smell. I have to clean and disinfect the washer and dryer because and I washed my clothes, they came out with dirt and white particles that were probably falling from the ceiling. The toaster was full of burn bread crumbs. The bathtub in the second floor bathroom was old that’s why they don’t put photos of the house in the listing. And the toilet was leaking onto the dining room ceiling I put a bucket down and had to mop up the amount of dirty water that come from the toilet. I had to act like a plumber on my family vacation. closed valve and I closed on the bathroom, and we were limited to just one bathroom. And it was the most terrible experience either way my wife and my daughters, having only one bathroom during on vacation. I passed up renting a newer, much nicer, and more modern house because it only had one bathroom. eBay irony. And have photos and evidence as proof of the poor condition and disrepair of that old house.

"I paid $1300 for 4 nights for a mold infested old house fixed up with the “landlord special”."

Two refrigerators 7 minutes away from Niagara Nat’l park

“SERENE AND LUXURIOUS RETREAT” as listed: *Smells like mold (covered up with many air fresheners) *Door frames are rotten/concerns about security. Front French door could literally be pulled open and has a small latch on top to keep it shut. *2” gaps between AC unit and accordion filler panels allowing bugs to enter - I purchased tape to tape around the units *AC filters were filthy (which we cleaned) and had mold spores on vents *Basement with washer and dryer is horrible. Standing water, mold/mildew, stone dungeon *Bathroom floor has vinyl over wood with chunks of wood missing underneath, and the poorly installed vinyl flooring is floating and not attached other than caulk around the edges. I repeatedly tripped on the baggy vinyl. *I cleaned the kitchen, refrigerator, door frames. Very dirty. *neighborhood is not the best We had a 4 night stay booked. After the first night, 3 of the 5 of us were sick, and my daughter was having difficulty breathing. I contacted the owner and stated that we wanted a refund for the next three days. He said that he would come by the next afternoon around 4. He did not come. He didn’t reply to my messages for 28 hours. Instead he stopped by on Day 3 when we weren’t expecting him and we weren’t there. I called customer service and they opened an investigation but the owner had 48 hours to reply. By that time, we would have been gone. On Day 4, he said that he stopped by 45 minutes before checkout, but we were packing and never heard a knock. He also didn’t reply to the investigation. The place is NOT luxurious or serene, and it’s not cheap either. False advertising!

It was very close to the falls! Very spacious with lots of room for our big family! We was asked several times if we needed anything and if everything was okay as well from the owners!
