The apartment was very dark . Lack of seating area around the pool with no sunbeds

Location was perfect staff friendly and property always clean

The pool was closed and we weren't Informed beforehand

Very centrally located. Clean and well stocked with extras such as uk-eu adapters, basic provisions including toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and beach towels. Good value for money but noted price has more than doubled for same stay next year so wouldn’t book at that price.

Balcony was very small and the glass curtains did not open. Bed was a little hard, walls thin so could hear next doors toilet flushing, shower running etc.

Location excellent

Air conditioning only in living area, not in bedrooms and balcony area very poor.

The property was as good as the pics, also close to La Cala centre - 5 min walk or less. I liked everything in the property and particular the service Lisa gave when the key broke in on the front door lock and came out with a locksmith on a Sunday to sort. From my call to Lisa it took her 45 minutes to sort and present a new key . Service beyond the normal- only can describe as EXCELLENT.
