Toen wij contact opnamen om te melden dat we waren aangekomen kregen we eerst te horen dat er niet geboekt was. Dus dan schrik je wel even als je daar met 7 man staat laat in de avond,maar we zijn toch binnengekomen. Vervolgens bleek dat er maar 6 bedden waren terwijl we voor 7 personen geboekt hadden dus ik heb twee nachten op een verrotte doorgezakte bank geprobeerd te slapen. Wij hebben gebeld met het nummer(italiaans) dat bij de accomodatie vermeld stond om te melden dat er een bed te weinig was. Kon hij niets aan doen, gaf de schuld aan booking.com maar is onzin want hij heeft de boeking en het geld wel geaccepteerd. Hij zou het financieel goedmaken maar is tot op heden niet gebeurd. Verder erg benauwd want er kunnen geen ramen open + een gevaarlijk balkonhek dat met een ijzerdraadje vast zit. Vervolg: Nu ruim twee maanden verder en geen cent gezien....

The house could have been very nice

The balcony was covered in rat droppings. The seats outside were covered in the same plus dust and mould. This was the least of our concerns after arrival. There is no ventilation or airflow in the house at all and you can't open any of the windows. It was 32 degrees celcius in the house the whole time with no airflow. Absolutely not a safe place to take children during the summer. Could have been a wonderful stay if they bothered to clean the apartment now and again or invested in some fans that actually work not just broken ones. The fact there is 5/6 fans in the house tells me the owners also are fully aware of the issue. We arrived to a boiling hot house that didn't cool down until two days after check in. Stayed in 10 different rentals in the last two weeks and this was by far the least comfortable. By far.... They also said the garden is ideal for activities. It's about a metre wide by about three long so unless your playing bowling I'd say that's not accurate at all.

Was very noisy on the Saturday night but sounded like a party so may not be the usual as otherwise a quiet location
