The Nook - A modern 2 bedroom loft with parking

The location is excellent and even though in the town centre, I did not hear any noise from the street even on a Saturday night. The space is beautifully clean and the kitchen is really well appointed.

The access to the property is challenging and I would not have been able to manage my large suitcase up the steps on my own.

Was great location and a cute place to stay, plenty of space in the flat, and clean.

We think the accessibility round the back leading up to the flat was a tight squeeze. I have mobility issues, and could of done with knowledge of the steps having a short tread, the railing doesn’t go all the way to the bottom of the stairs and could probably do with having a second rail. The gap to get through at the top of the stairs was tiny - physically measuring 20”. In the kitchen, there could do with having some cooking/microwave dishes/bowls and or a jug of sorts.

Central position

No welcome,information,folders etc .all has to be downloaded via phone etc ,if you haven’t got updated version unable to do it,had to figure out how to get them on working,couldn’t access tv all week only txt limited signal on screen and as said with no information folder unable to do so.welcome starter food package on arrival limited to smallest milk and 2quarters of melon,always had bread,milk,butter ,eggs ,cheese ,sometimes bacon to start off with doesn’t cost a lot but goes a long way at start of stay.was not prepared for the steep steps to access accommodation with rail only on one side and drop to other ,stairs narrow at top and have to be Houdini to squeeze through and hold cases in front to do so no mention on site or communications with booking of this .in essence accommodation not suitable for a family and older people only IT savvy fell,dale climbers.

Excellent location, comfy accommodation.

Loved the location and the layout. With the bedrooms on 2 levels, it gave us our own space. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

The heating and hot water were a challenge, but were sorted after contacting Kist. The steps are a bit narrow and a challenge when carrying luggage.

Modern apartment with most basic facilities.

Heating centrally controlled, only 7 degrees am. Sorted after happening twice so too cold in Winter. One toilet roll over 2 bathrooms and 1 hand towel between 2 people. Various small things need attention - 1 small mirror over sinks, but no other. No hooks anywhere and old windows don't open so presume hot in summer and no through air. Steps outside up to the roof entrance are dangerous and parking 5 minutes away but always someone already parked there.

Excellent location in the middle of Ripon. Good facilities overall. Modern and clean.

There are very steep stairs up to the property which made it difficult to get things up and down like suitcases etc. Anyone unfit would have real trouble. The owners also control the heating by a remote app and we had to contact them to ask them to raise the temperature as the apartment was cold, especially in the bathrooms, and only comes on in the morning and evening at set times which we couldn't override. Given the overall price this wasn't really acceptable.

Good location in centre of town

The parking situation was challenging . A difficult space to manoeuvre into due to a hole in the road on the approach which filled with water after rain so you couldn’t see how deep it was . We arrived at our parking spot one day to find it occupied by a blue car ….. fortunately a man in a white car was close by at the time and knew who the car belonged to ….he made a phone call and a female came and moved it ….we believe they were from a pizza shop . The steps upto the apartment were steep and not suitable for people with mobility issues .
