RS 16 Studio II Center of Marbella by EaW Homes

The location was ok

We booked a 3 week stay on 4th January 2025 the attraction was that it was a new letting. It was new to EaW but had obviously been let previously let. It was advertised as 75m2. In fact, it is only 50m2. There were no bulbs in the 3 standards lights, no kettle, no tea towels/drying cloths, no wine glasses, no spare pillows. etc. It took 5-7 days for these to be supplied even though they were available in local shops/Supercor – a big letdown. The apartment was not serviced, which should have been the case considering our duration. The kitchen was poorly kitted out and had only one socket for 3 appliances and had no dishwasher. The room we occupied overlooked rooftops. The bed was comfortable, but the wardrobes needed adjustment as they did not slide. The floor was filthy dirth and under the bed had never been cleaned. Overall a bad experience…..
