Good location, easy to find and close to Newcastle, Durham and Peterlee.

It was needing a refresh and a good clean. It smelled musty and unclean the moment we walked in, and there was dust and mould around the property.

The location of the house was where we wanted to be, within easy reach of friends. The beds were clean and comfortable.

The noisy neighbours. The cold and damp house. The poor overall cleanliness.
