Posizione comodissima in centro. Pulizia. Spazi ampi in casa, soprattutto in cucina/salotto. Disponibilità e gentilezza dell’ host

Per noi tutto è andato bene: sembrava davvero di essere a casa. Segnalo solo l’assenza dell’ascensore nell’ edificio.

Posizione perfetta! Non esiste posto migliore dove alloggiare a Ferrara. Struttura medio grande pulita, munita di tutto. Cestini raccolta differenziata, cialde caffè, the. , phone.

L'unico difetto erano le stoviglie e il bollitore un po' malandati e l'assenza di un panno per la cucina per asciugare.

Me gustó el sitio pero tuve que pagar por dejar la mochila ya que el señor no permitió a guardar las mochilas en el apartamento de 14 horas a 16 horas que era la entrada.

No me dejará dejar las mochilas y marchar a ver la ciudad y tener que pagar 12 euros por consigna

Perfect location, almost right on the main square, the apartment itself was great, beds comfortable, quite small shower but still manageable (and we are all very thin) and apartment clean (apart from the big stain of mold in living room). Also, we could park our rental bikes in the courtyard. Btw. renting the bikes for my family was the best idea on our short trip (2 nights/1 full day). Once the mold is fixed, I highly recommend this apartment and will gladly return back again, because otherwise it was just perfect.

During our stay, there was a big stain of mold on the wall in living room (I guess from a neighbor or roof leakage), which was there for quite some time already. After using the AC for some hours we could already smell the mold in the air. In my opinion, this is not acceptable until it's fixed and shouldn't be offered for booking, otherwise it's not healthy conditions as me and my family has allergy on mold.
