"Perfect Retreat"

I was looking for a quiet get-away and the Chardonnay was perfect. A cute 2 BR, with plenty of space and a well-appointed kitchen (thank you, hosts!). A terrific location: turn right and walk 7-8 minutes and you're on 'the strip'; turn left and cross the street and you enter a beautiful lakefront path to the marina and hiking trails. The cottage *is* on the main street, and so not the best view when sitting on the porch; but I did not find it noisy at all (and I was there at the height of vacation season). I'd book the Chardonnay again in a heartbeat!

The cottage itself was cute! It had everything we needed!!

The Chardonnay is right on the street, being we stayed off season it wasn’t too bad- but I could see it being noisy and louder in the summer months. I also thought this was closer to the strip, and it wasn’t so we still had to drive .
