- Amazing location, very close to the beach (some stairs like on the pictures) - Everything closeby with walking distance (dozens of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bus stations, etc.) - Communication with the host was great, we had some extra request which they provided accordingly - Check-in / check-out very smooth, clear any easy instructions, easy to find - Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge working perfectly - Powerful airco for heating / cooling - Electric heaters in the rooms for cold rainy nights in spring

- First of all the pictures were taken very smartly for several reasons (eg. dining view looks only like how is shown from that particular angle, if you sit at the table you see the roof of the other building practically) - besides the size of the full apartment feels quite tight. At least for 6 persons definitelly. - Electricity system - unfortunatelly the system in place cannot work with large consumers.. so either you cook and wash or you heat and cook, or use the airco and.. the fuse switches went down every day literally - I would say this is the biggest issue which really should be addressed as this makes the stay struggling - Kitchen is small (according the pics) and even there is a nice (but pretty small) grill device, you do not really have place to really cook - Kitchen down, dining table up on the stairs - so practically everything you have to carry up and down continously. - On the picture there was a small table in the kitchen, in the reality it was not there unfortunatelly. This made it quite uncomfortable, as even for a morning coffe / snack you have to go up to the dining table. - Clothes rack for the laundry only outside on the small balcony, which is nice and (might be) enough in the summer but useless in case of rain / cold weather. (And unfortunatelly for 10 days it was raining every single day during our stay, unlucky..)

The location, near beach, marina, restaurants and bus stop. The facilities and comfort.
