Venue was very good. Bit difficult to find as Google Maps did not realise 20B third ave, Onetangi followed no. 8

The weather only one & half days of sunshine. But hey, some parts of NZ were worse off.

Location

Hearing the noises from the unit above us,every foot step and some one shifting furniture at 1.10 am goodness knows why. Did not get much sleep there

Cleanliness

Studio 1 1. needs a long Mirror suggest mounted on the inside door of the wardrobe 2. Needs a hot plate to cook eggs etc 3. Needs a Hairdryer 4. lacking sunlight in future I would rent Studio 2 on the West side of the building.
