Sybarix Terrace, mar, golf, WIFI, garaje, relax

Ana es la persona que nos dio las llaves y nos explicó todo y es una persona excepcional. El apartamento muy limpio y cuidado, tienes de todo para pasar allí unos días. Las piscinas con poca gente, muy limpias y cuidadas. El gimnasio perfecto para ir un ratito estando de vacaciones. Un lugar muy tranquilo para desconectar. Además fuimos con perritos y fueron bienvenidos desde el primer momento. Ellas también estuvieron muy cómodas.

No me gustó que está muy apartado y no hay nada alrededor para dar un paseo y tomarse algo. Hay que coger el coche para ir a Aguadulce o Roquetas de mar. Está cerca en coche. Lo bueno es que nunca tuvimos problemas de aparcamiento fuera y teníamos la plaza de garaje al volver.

El apartamento es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario.Una gran cama de matrimonio y un buen sofa cama. Dispone del aire acondicionado en salón,así como dos ventiladores de techo uno en salón y otro en dormitorio,lo cual permite que aun en verano la estancia sea más que agradable. Piscina exteriores y un completo gimnasio. Una amplia terraza con unas buenas vistas en la cual puedes cenar o desayunar en verano. Mosquitera en acceso a terraza y dormitorio principal que impida la visita de insectos voladores. La estancia de nuestra mascota gratuita,¿que más se puede pedir?Ah si ....una amplia plaza de garaje para que no le de a tu coche el sol. Absolutamente recomendable.

This part of Spain has many plastic glasshouses which makes the area less attractive (but close to the apartment you can hardly see them, it’s the area a bit further away).

Staying here wasn’t just about being a tourist—it truly felt like home. From the moment we arrived, our host, Ana, welcomed us personally, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect, not just handing over the keys or a card. The apartment was incredibly clean, cozy, kitchen complete and just amazing. Watching the sunset from the terrace was breathtaking, and the indoor pool was at the perfect temperature for a relaxing swim. We had so much fun playing billiards and table tennis, yet the evenings were peaceful, giving us the energy to explore Almería’s history—from the Civil War catacombs to a rock concert. It was hard to leave, especially just before Carnival—but that’s just another reason to come back! We truly felt part of the place, not just passing through. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free, home-like stay with a touch of local life.

Ana was an amazing host and very good with communication, nothing was too much to ask. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and great for exploring the nearby mountain villages and abundant beaches.

The shower rail needed fixing, but that was no big deal for us. Also, the bath tap wasn't working, as we could shower but not bathe in the bath. Just needs fixing.

The apartment offers not only a stunning view but also exceptional comfort at a great price. It's the perfect place to relax and escape the everyday hustle, with an atmosphere that invites rest and rejuvenation. Enough equipped, it provides everything you need to enjoy a peaceful stay. Surrounded by nature, this place is an ideal choice for both a short getaway and a longer stay. We will definitely come back!

The only thing missing was a kettle to boil water.

All very good, Ana, the hoster, she's very friendly presented all the comodations for us (really a good tour through the property), everything was cozy and clean. 5 stars !
