Lokalizacja dość odległa od centrum ale z dobrym połączeniem autobusowym. Spokojna zielona dzielnica Birmingham. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, łącznie z ekspresem, tosterem, kawą, herbatą i ciasteczkami przygotowanymi na przywitanie. Czysto. Dom typowo angielski czyli dość chłodno ale przygotowano grzejniki do ewentualnego użycia. Wygodne łóżka. Cisza.

Trochę zestresował nas system rezerwacji wymagający podania danych jak przy odprawie samolotowej i pobranie 200 funtów kaucji. Ale ostatecznie wszystko było w porządku.
