Great location. Walking distance to legoland. Is also across the road from Medina mall and has a convenience store (open 24 hours) downstairs which is very convenient. The apartment was clean, and the check-in process was smooth.

The 40 MYR charge to store luggage was completely unnecessary. Not so much about the amount but the fact that the security guard pocketed this amount to store 3 strollers and 2 handbags for 3 hours while we were out. One of the air conditioners stopped working which made things a little uncomfortable - it was quite warm during our stay. None of the equipment in the gym was functional - we tried turning on the equipment but failed to do so.

The location was great, very near to legoland and grocery store. Many restaurants near by as well.

The bed and pillows are uncomfortable, bed is not supportive and light (easy to move at tatami floor). Bed sheet also too loose, loose out when we pull out the blanket, pillows are too high.

Toilet gets wet so need more bathroom towels for the floor. Need more blankets for the room. Room tends to be a bit dusty as when we get onto the bed you can see dust. The bedsheets are abit warm initially but the room gets cold very quickly. I didnt like that sudden drop in the flooring as quite dangerous at night when moving around. The baby cot was abit small for us so baby couldn't sleep well. The toilet door makes quite some noise when you open and close it. The sofa was too small and too hard to sit on. There needs to be more furniture for sitting in the living room. The tv can have more channels to watch without us signing in. Can have more entertainment.

It was very clean. And the owner pays attention to every detail to ensure guests are comfortable. Unit was fully equipped like a home should be. May be the best homestay we’ve stayed so far.
