GBI have to say nothing good to say unfortunately I was looking forward to staying here, pure disappointment I would understand if the host had communicated the issue but receiving one word messages after every 2 hours not good enough.
Everything the whole communication was a let down to let someone wait for over 2 hours to be told apartment is not available is shocking, it doesn't take to sec to apologies for booking error. After I called multiple times not to call back and say there was a mistake my apologies, were something so simple instead I got one worded message not taking into consideration. This is the first worst experience I have ever experienced. I will stick to hotels in the future! I ended up booking elsewhere.
