Very clean room very big and amazing view at the Pool.

Its not really to close to much things.

The person that I'm dealing with is very friendly and attentive. We feel very welcomed by the host. The house is clean and the smell is so nice, but I forgot to ask the host what kind of perfume they use for the house. The pool view is beautiful too and very family friendly.

If I have to say about things that I like it most probably not the fault of the host but the apartment itself. There's a corner nearby the lobby area, and there's no bumper at the corner, so people tend to drive so fast and it could be dangerous for people who's crossing from the parking to lobby, we almost got hit twice but since I think it's a blind spot to the driver as well.. So, I believe if there's a bumper, then it would keeps all the drivers slower and alert on people who is crossing.

Excellent condition,100% satisfaction in term of living condition, cleanliness, well design interior, feel at home. The host personally came over to guide us in and briefed us. No question ask, will go back again if to visit Ipoh again.

I will give a 99.9% for the overall except that I personally hope host could add a small bench or table in the room to allow the luggage to be placed on instead of putting on the floor. As elderly or senior find challenging to stand up after each time band down or sit on the floor to get item from luggage..
