The water issue was very disappointing.. There was no water throughout the night.. we couldn’t use the toilets freely and couldn’t have our evening baths. We managed to cook with the complimentary still water that was provided at the accomodation.. in the morning our checkout time had to be extended since there was still no water so we couldn’t bath. After 10 I assume the blumber arrived coz we only had water after 10 O’clock then only we were able to have a bath/shower (water was dirty too). But besides the water issue, every other thing was excellent overall.

The furniture and fixtures was of very good quality

Property is dated and in need of renovation e.g, kitchen cupboards, pool deck, patio doors, roof

The place was just like the pictures. It was clean, comfortable and had great views.

The house has a beautiful view of the famous 1000 Hill. The security included security gates on the external doors and a security guard in the evenings. There was all CCTV over the property. The house was clean and fresh and there was an opportunity to have the bed linen changed half way through our stay. The housekeeper was very helpful. We had a wonderful stay. There was an alterative electricity supply for when there was load shedding although we were very lucky and only experienced this once during our visit.

Various items in the house require maintenance including the one dining room table which was very rickety. Some of the lights were not working as they needed new bulbs. Bedside lamps were provided although they did not function as they needed an adapter plug, which we purchased. Silly little things like there wasn't a dish drying rack.

The place is beautiful n clean. Sne the great host n felt safe with our 24/7 security system

Didn't have any issues with anything , the host as well as the on-site staff were friendly and helpful the entrie stay
