Amazing wiew!

It was a bit dirty but not that bad.

Good location by the waterside. Quiet. Available free parking

Relatively minor points: bathroom sink did not drain easily, no bin bags provided. Too few hooks and shelves.

Great view and deck overlooking the sea. Very convenient 5 minute bus journey into town centre from right outside the door.

Bedside tables and lights in bedrooms would be a good addition.

The view from the balcony is exquisite, the kitchen is relatively well stocked, the general location in town is good as well, with a 15 min walk to the city center and a grocery shop right around the corner.

The „fireguard“ in the kitchen did not come with instructions and goes off every 1-2 min while cooking, forcibly turning the stove off. The noise from the event hall right behind the wall is at points unbearable and goes on well into the night. The apartment only has windows at one side which cannot be opened during the rain, making the entire apartment nearly impossible to air out. The windows in the bedrooms go directly into the mentioned event hall. Sleeping there is not possible because of the lack of fresh air and noise.

Exceptional location, a very clean and comfortable apartment.
