"Superb"

The property is beautifully appointed, spacious and very comfortable. There is a private well maintained garden with plenty of outdoor seating. Although there is a lot of through traffic to the village, the location means lots of areas of interest can be reached easily.

"Beautiful house near the North Norfolk Coast"

The property was very clean upon arrival, the beds/sofas comfortable and lots of space/seating. The property was equipped with everything you might need it was a lovely place to stay. The attention to detail of the decoration and furniture/fixtures was an extra bonus! The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, providing lots of information before our arrival and was available to contact throughout the stay.

Only hand soap provided. No shower gel/shampoos etc.

"Terrible weather but it didn’t dampen our spirits as the cottage was cosy and in a great location"

The location was great. The cottage was very comfortable for 6 adults. Great kitchen space and cosy sitting room. Very clean and everything you could need.

A rug in the sitting room would be nice.
