Brand New 3BD 2 5BTH Triplex Unit Near Downtown

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The space is open and nicely decorated. Pictures are an accurate depiction of the space! The high ceilings downstairs and upstairs made the unit feel very spacious. The owners have an eye for detail and everything you would need for a stay is available. The bedrooms were great for 5 adults and the mattresses were comfortable. Bedding was like you find in an upscale hotel - clean and comfortable. The owners are great at communicating and very responsive. Having off street parking at the back of the unit was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

I honestly can say that there was nothing about our stay that we didn’t like or would change.

Great place for our needs. Very clean. Bedrooms were nice. Attractive decorations throughout. Good location for our activities which were to the north.

The street noise tended to be loud in the late evenings. Reserved parking is tight.

Everything is new as advertised and the photos are an exact depiction of what the place looks like. Exceptionally comfortable and clean. The location is very close to the downtown area, not far far from all the major attractions in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. We will make the same choice again if we have to visit Spokane again.

The only thing I wish they had done was have double pane windows. It's not necessarily a distraction, but I would have made the place quieter from outside traffic noise.
