Apartemen Thamrin City 2 BIG BR,85sqm,City View

There were no bugs like in many other appartment. Pretty clean from insects. And Grand Indonesia mall is a good neighborhood.

First of all, another appartment was given to us. "Sorry, my apartment that you booked is currently under repair and may take a long time, do you agree if I move you to another room. If you don't agree, you can cancel and I will agree to a full refund" The apartment is pretty worn out like rating 5 on Booking. The cheapest bedsheets, two cheapest towels. The water is leaking in the bathroom. 2 BR - only one key and the owner requested 300k for the second key. Dollar, Baht - no 300k IDR. Then we had to arrange a checkout at 3:30 am to get the deposit back. Why we need the 300k IDR if we leave indonesia in 3 hours, of course the owner does not care.

The furniture is old n dusty

Convenient. Easy access to the mall. Centre of jakarta. Nearby tanah abg. Just take a bajai (tuttut).

La posizione è buona,centrale,dotata di lavatrice,cucina,clima ,frigo e microonde;

Mancanza di pulizia,nonostante avevo ricordato al proprietario di pulire!!! Tutto sporco,polvere su tutti i mobili,materasso con capelli e sporco;dietro alcuni mobili sporcizia e scarafaggi per tutta la durata del soggiorno,in camera da letto,bagno e cucina,come si entra li trovi camminare per casa!!!
