Size of house. Lovely and warm. Double beds in all rooms. Tv's in all rooms. Dishwasher. Able to check in a little early & easy check-in. Good communication & responses from owner throughout the booking process to the stay. Area nice & quiet & close to where we needed to be. Parking right outside of property.

One set of bed linen was not clean & smelled. The rest was very clean & fresh. Kitchen worktop wasn't clean (especially sink area) - needed to clean down before using. Garden untidy - lots of cigarette ends & full bins.

The property was warm comfortable and clean and the host was very helpful. All our colleagues were very happy with accommodation. Great location for our work.

Inside the property, it is spacious,cosy, and clean. Everyone agreed that beds are comfortable. Bed linen is clean and appealing. Appreciated the well equipped kitchen :) Great value for money. This short stay was great. We would diffently return. The free parking is street parking,

The only concern we had was that the property was not available to book in until 18:00. We found arriving in the dark, not ideal.There are no photos on booking.com to help identify property as well.

Quality bathroom and well stocked kitchen. Queries answered immediately. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Light blocking curtains in bedrooms.

House cold on arrival and host initially a bit unwilling to share location of boiler.

Fresh and clean. Plenty of space. Had everything we needed.
