Part of the problem is that all information is given electronically through email or text. That is great when one is familiar with those options. A problem we had concerned the TV. No instructions as to how to work the remote and select the channels we were interested in. Not a big deal, we were enjoying the views and pool and visiting various surrounding areas. Just a thought to help those like senior citizens who aren't versed in all the current technology. For instance, I only use my phone for talk and text. Everything else is done on a computer which I did not have with me.

We absolutely loved the area and the location of this unit! Sitting out on the deck in the mornings and listening to the fountain was such a relaxing experience. The pools were quiet and the grounds were pristine. Being close to the La Quinta Resort was amazing as well and we loved their cafe and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at this property and cannot wait to come back!
