The bed was comfortable , the man running the place was nice

The place was dirty , facilities that were advertised either didn't work or were not there , We had to change room on the second night due to a mistake on the staffs part The property was labeled as luxury but it was in fact a budget travelling hostel I would not recommend this place to anyone

First of all I think the villa is overrated to be called Luxury because it’s just passable to its account . Here are the numeration of the things I didn’t like from this property 1. The guy who is watching the house I forgot his name went to Sauna while I’m still using it , I didn’t feel comfortable and left beacuse I don’t understand why he has to be there where he knows a guest is using the sauna . I don’t think the staff should be using the same premises/area where the guests paid to use. When I couldn’t wait for him to finish I just went upstairs and showered I planned to watch a movie and found him comfortably sitting on the sofa watching on the only television they have on the so called”LUXURY VILLA “ . He also use the same kitchen. 2. The big toilet with shower reeks of urine smell . They should clean it . Floors was so sticky because they use so much cleaning products. 3. Jacuzzi was broken 4. The swimming pool water heater was not working 5 . The house breath literally u can hear the other guest on other room breathing. 6. Uncomfortable bedsheets . Please buy something nice .

The staff was reli nice. The flight delayed. We arrived at 4am. They were able to open the door for us. The place was lovely and cozy as well Really appreciate it. Had a lovely stay
