504 Amazibu Holiday Flat- Paradise on the Beach

The view was spectacular. The fact that this place was close to the malls and the beach as well as restaurants. It's value for money and the host is in constant contact with you to check if everything is okay. They sort things out quickly that you have a problem with.

The fact that you have to fetch the keys at a different location. The building doesn't have a name on it so it was a bit difficult to locate. To have a host welcome you and to show you where to park and where your apartment is would be nice.

Thanks for an great visit on Easter Weekend!! Thie location of the apartment is close to the beach, malls and restaurants and was absolutely awesome.!!! Great location & great communication with the owners and everyone involved, that was absolutely helpful!!! The balcony and the view of the ocean is extrodinary !! I will highly recommend this apartment to everybody !!!! I visited a couple of holoday apartments in Amanzintoti area before, but most definetly this was the best holiday accomadation by far!!! The apartment is clean and very neat.. Everything you need is available in the flat. Will definitely see you soon again !!!

The apartment is exactly like the photos .clean and neat and spacious.It feels like home away from home.The location is peaceful and quiet.close location to the shopping centre.It is a Walking distance to the beach,with a nice view from the balcony.I couldn't have chosen a better place for my family. The hostess is mindful and checked up on us during the stay.

Throughout our stay we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and tranquil surroundings, which allowed us to unwind and recharge. Overall, our experience at the Amazibu 504 was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and welcoming getaway. Thank you for hosting us.🙏🙏

The burglar guard need to be renovated, bathroom door to be attended asap.

Exceptional apartment for a perfect getaway We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment last Valentine weekend ! • The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the sand and offering breathtaking ocean views. • The apartment itself was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. • The air conditioning was a lifesaver keeping the space cool and refreshing on the humid days . • The host was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. • If you're looking for a relaxing seaside retreat, this place is perfect. I can't wait to come back

Condition of the furniture in the rooms: mattrass in one room past its replacement date, cupboards filled with crap, drawers couldn't open, cupboards locked in the 2nd room, mismatched hangers, damaged blinds stored in the cupboards Kitchen: cupboard doors hanging skew, mismatched cutlery and crockery, stove and dustbin not cleaned Sitting room: couches worn and dirty Front door and safety door: couldn't lock the doors due to condition caused by rust and non-maintenance Only 2 towels available to share between 3 people. Aircon not working

The location was excellent and the receptionist was very helpful.

The false advertising, there was no aircons as stated in the description, which was confirmed out of order from December 2024. There were broken and loose tiles which was a potential danger to my child. Two couches were damaged on which springs protruding making it unusable. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was unfortunately not up to standard. While the location was excellent. There were a number of other issues. However I urge the owners to resolve these issues.
