Flatzy - Modern 3 Bedroom Home in City Centre

Reasonably sized, price was acceptable and on par, acceptable clean, free breakfast was provided in the form of filled croissants and cereal bars, beds clean and comfortable, plenty of pillows. TV easy to use, WiFi excellent for video calls. Parking was free which is difficult in Liverpool. Area was quiet, not much noise midweek. Easy to get to nearby places on foot.

Not enough milk pots for British quantities of tea, but we survived. Light didn't work in the bathroom which lead to interesting shower. Luckily there was an emergency light torch in the hall which provided some illumination. Evidence of rats in the garden, but likely that can't be helped in an industrial city centre location, keeping the door shut would prevent entry, and a trap box had been laid. Dust in most drawers and the blinds, so a deep clean hadn't been done, just the surfaces and general wipedown and changeover. The safety box for the keys sticks- that took a little finessing to open up.

La localización es muy buena, justo en Chinatown y a 10-15’ andando del centro. La cocina cuenta con todos lo necesario, no faltaba nada. Incluso había café, algunos snacks, té… Tiene un baño con ducha y un aseo, lo que facilita la estancia si vas con gente. También hay lavadora y horno. La comunicación con el anfitrión es muy buena, y tiene entrada independiente.

No estaba impoluto aunque sí había sido limpiado, algunas toallas tenían marcas de maquillaje (pero estaban lavadas, claro). Los colchones están vencidos y son incómodos, el resto estupendo.

Great communication from the host. Key safe meant not having to wait around or collect keys. House was very warm and cosy when we arrived. Very clean and comfortable. Slightly further out than we anticipated so had to get taxis but hasn’t put us off staying again and would definitely recommend!

Sleeps six but only has 4 chairs around the table. Wasn’t a problem for us as we ate out the whole weekend, but could be for others. Could do with some coat hooks and some hooks in the bathroom.

Maison proche du centre ville et a 50m de Duke street et de beaucoup de restaurants et bars. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants et avions donc 3 chambres confortables à disposition, cela convient parfaitement pour un séjour pour profiter pleinement de la ville.

Clean and tidy house in a great location. Communication was excellent throughout.

Very clean and spacious, very close to city center. The beds were supper comfortable.
