The Courtyard, 30 Seconds to Sea By Air Premier

Great location, clean, wonderful welcome - the flat was decorated for Christmas, including a pre-laid dining table with Christmas crackers and wine.

Cold dining room / conservatory. Dark hallway, limited light due to it being a basement flat.

The locations was excellent right by the sea and central to all other amenities. Such a beautiful place to stay!

So near to beautiful surroundings but no view. No radio!

Loved the location and the outdoor space. Bathrooms were recently updated and very nice! Enjoyed drinking my coffee every morning on the beach which is right across the street. Appreciated the coffee pods and snacks that were provided.

The furniture was very clearly worn and there were no towels or napkins in the kitchen for cooking/cleaning.

The location is great, right next to the beach and the city centre is only 5 minutes away. The courtyard entrance towards the back was very convenient. The beds used had comfortable mattresses and it is a spacious apartment. The oven and hob were easy to use and the shower was good. Really appreciated the information on what to do in or near Seaford.

A very musty and damp smell in the entrance, it's very run down. Some mold in the double bedroom by the blinds. A very disappointing fridge/freezer. The freezer was full of ice, and couldn't fit anything in it. Stains on the bed sheets in the single room used. The photo on booking website a little misleading as it shows front of building but entrance is around the back which is very run down. Booking information should indicate parking is around the back and clearly state checking in and out times.

Struggled a little bit to find the exact flat do had to call the property. But once in, I was happy with the amenities. We could do our own cooking co comfortable. There’s a barbecue and a small patio as well but we didn’t use it. Could’ve done with some kitchen rolls and extra tissue boxes but there multiple shops nearby so didn’t mind buying one. In terms of location, it should be renamed to 15 second to sea. Loved the idea of sea across the road and Seaford Head within walking distance. Newhaven and the Seven Sisters are a short drive away as well. Private parking is a plus too

Some bits of the property are really old like the hallway carpets,which is suite a contrast to the new kitchen and en-suite bathroom.

Beyond the owner's control, but when we stayed the flat above had building work going on which was very noisy at times and builders vans blocked the parking area.

IT WAS COLD IN LOUNGE AT NIGHT BUT BEDROOM WERE warm

Location right on the seafront and perfectly located for the town and walks over the cliffs. Large spacious lounge and kitchen, well stocked. Nice courtyard seating area.

Walls/ceilings very thin. Could hear loud stomping from the flat above, including loud music past 11pm The second double bedroom (and twin room) are very small... Basically just fits the bed and a bedside table. Matress wasn't the comfiest.
