Beach Haven Hideout - 2 Bedroom - Milford Haven

Prompt communication and ease of entry to the property. No problems with accessing keys box.

We had a issue with the Wi-Fi for the last 2 days of our stay. We made contact with the agent who where prompt to liaise with us regarding the issue but it was left unresolved. According to the agent the other guests in another apartment had turned the router off which impacted on ours. No resolution found therefore we had to use our own data from our phones to access the Tv as there is no aerial.

The apartment was very well presented and clean. Perfect location for working at the marina.

We had no hot water or heating for our duration.

Location was nice. Had a little difficulty to find the exact building as there was not much indication. Property was clean.

Kitchen was missing some basic tools for cooking like peeler, grater which makes the cooking difficult. There was no Dishwasher in the property though it was mentioned during booking. The property in in 2nd floor which was not mentioned in property details while booking & there is no lift. For elderly people with luggage is not that suitable.

Generally enjoyable stay. Good large rooms and key collection was easy. Good central location.

The fridge wasn't working properly (door seal was broken) and the host said they would pop round to fix it but they never did. This meant we couldn't store cold food and prevented us from cooking. We didn't realise this the first night, meaning we had to throw away some cold food we had bought. Apartment was generally clean but there was a strong smell of curry in the kitchen which made us think it hadn't been cleaned properly. The hob was dirty. The TV isn't connected to an aerial so could only watch on demand TV using relevant login details. The photos don't fully accurately represent the location e.g the oil refinery opposite/exterior of the building. For example, the apartment is on a busy road and is fairly loud with windows open etc. This didn't affect sleep quality, however.

Beautiful spacious appartement (much bigger than we expected!) Nice view on the Marina, and it is near shops and restaurants. Clean accommodation, modern and nicely decorated!

There were not enough towels/bath cloths at all. No contact with any owner/staff. We asked a question by email regarding parking, and we never got an answer. There was no lock on the bathroom door, and the door of the single beds bedroom did not close properly. The neighbourhood is not the best either. The WiFi code provided was wrong, which means it couldn't connect to the TV... just a few things that didn't make our stay as perfect as we hoped, but it is still a nice accommodation for a very brief stay.
