Great and Beautiful

The property was clean, nicely done, and in a very convenient area.

Only issue was the bathroom sink faucet. It had very minimal water coming out.

It was beautiful and very accommodating:)

This place is in a great location. We were in a quaint walkable neighborhood less than a block to the water. The size was good for our group with 1 adult and 2 kids. This house is on stilts, so parking is simply under the house.

The theme of the apartment wasn't something I was expecting but it made the place feel so modern and of a higher class (to me at least)! Where I'm from, I'm especially not used to wildlife and it was great getting to see and hear songbirds that weren't too loud or too quiet! I wasn't expecting the place to offer the amount of toiletries and even kitchen supplies that it did (bad experiences in the past lol) and it was a very welcomed surprise! Wish I saw it before I bought my own lol. The home was cozy and the bed and the bedsheets were so warm and comfy. The nearby park wasn't too far either for me to enjoy a stroll to it! Even saw my first gator warning sign there and a squirrel wandering about! Staying here for the time that I did allowed me to explore enough of Tampa to finalize my decision in wanting to move to this city. It's a lovely, walkable, and livable place and the neighborhood was so cozy compared to what I'm used to in my city.

There was only one thing that happened that I do believe is 100% out of the owner's control and that was a trail of ants finding their way inside through the bottom of the door. Luckily they stayed by the door, but I spent a good 45 minutes watching them build up while I ate (circumstantial) just to get them while they were clustered.
