K10 - Kazinczy Street Heritage Suite - Best Location by BQA

The location was down a very busy bar area snd we felt quite uncomfortable approaching the entrance at night. Do not go here if you are all females! The photos are of the sight once we had got through the entrance- piles of rubbish bags smelly and rodent friendly!! Just up from where the accommodation was!!!

It was a very good apartment to stay with family. The best part for my kids was the smart TV with YouTube kids option so thanks for that also. Comfortable rooms and kitchen with all facilities.

Nothing as such

Everything about this apartment was nice,clean and well equipt.Location of the place was perfect close to many places by walking 10 or 20 minutes.Many restaurant,Coffee shops at the street of K10.Very satisfying.

Nicely renovated apartment at a prime location, but still very silent backyard location. Excellent AC (important for the heat in Budapest), excellent shower with always hot water, kitchen equipment in very good condition. Easy access with a code based system. Friendly and reachable host. We enjoyed our stay very much.

If you really want to use the kitchen for cooking, you will need to purchase all the small stuff (like garbage bags, kitchen towels, salt, oil). There is no balcony as advertised for the Deluxe Apartment. Some smell in the bathroom from the drainage (probably unavoidable, as the building is old).

The location is relatively central to all the tourist sites. It is very close to the Dohany Street Synagogue, but it is about a 30-minute walk to the Parliament Building or Heroes Square. The New York Cafe is about 10 minutes away. The apartment is on the ground floor, and it faces an inner courtyard, which is a shared outdoor space. We kept the curtains closed for privacy. The apartment building's entrance has two security doors controlled by a key code, so we felt safe. Although the exterior is old, the apartment was renovated and clean. The video check-in instructions were beneficial.

There are two doors to enter the apartment. One is a security gate door that was not secure or latched, so it would open outward. I prefer the wrought iron door to be controlled by the key card that also unlocks the entry door. Also, it would be nice if napkins or paper towels were supplied.

Wonderful central location, was inside the Jewish ghetto during WW2. Plenty of food and drink establishments nearby and multiple supermarkets to choose from.

On arrival there was not enough toilet paper for 5 nights, this was rectified. Apartment provides washing machine but no laundry liquid. No tea/coffee/sugar on arrival. No cooking oil, salt, pepper. No extra bin liners Mattress is comfortable but the bed is very noisy. Bedroom is very small, we could not fit our suitcase in there. Water in shower is hot but the water flow is like a watering can. We left laundry liquid and a big roll of kitchen paper towels for the next guests.

The location was very central and easy to reach

The sofa bed was broken and they put pillows to make sure it's balanced but it was not comfortable or safe. The shower didn't feel clean and the hot water ran out very quickly. The entrance is dirty but we learn most apartments in this area are the same. The floor didn't feel clean, we stayed with shoes most of the time There was mold on the wall due to water leaks.

Very clean and renovate place. really good location, in centrum and close to everything but quiet inside. The interaction with the host is good and quick
