USThe location was perfect for our needs for a place within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and visiting local friends and family. We were surprised at how spacious the rental was inside and the off street parking in back.
We loved the working areas with desk and office chair. Maybe an extension power strip in rooms with limited access to wall plug.

USThe neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean at face value and had decent shower supplies.
We had lots of cockroaches in the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable at all - one guest said that the floor was more comfortable. It was also pretty hard to communicate with the property owners - I would always lend on their voicemail when I called and they would take multiple days to get back to my messages on the booking.com chat.
USNice neighborhood, large space, comfortable beds, VERY clean. Easy walk to many places downtown. Appreciated having extra towels on hand. Nice linens. Good value compared to hotels.
Unlocking door was complicated - couldn't figure out app or get other lock pad to work. Thankfully we were provided with the actual keys and lockbox which is what we used. House is very nice and could use a bit more art to make it less stark. Apologies we did not read ahead about taking the garbage out.
