I loved every single thing about this property. Beach front, quiet, clean, beautiful, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and so relaxing! Definitely the best stay I have ever had at any vacation rental.
My stay was too short.

It’s gated, quiet, and by the ocean. It’s clean. The furnishings were comfortable.
The pool was advertised as being heated but wasn’t. The hot tub was cold. The gate by the pool to get out to the beach jammed and would not open. The upstairs shower leaked out through the light above the refrigerator. The property manager did not respond for eight hours and then said, “thanks for letting me know” I

You're right on the beach, parking lot is secure, unit was clean and beds were good, comfortable. Kitchen well appointed, older pans, etc. but overall super convenient.
Nothing the place was great. An older building, well maintained, right on Cocoa Beach. Unit was actually facing the parking lot, but you can see the beach around the corner on the patio!

Górna sypialnia ma otwarte okno na salon przez co bardzo niesie sie hałas na górę i zona musiała spać w zatyczkach do uszu , bo dźwięk telewizora i rozmow na dole był glosniesniejszy na górze
