Attico 37 - Suite con terrazza privata e cucina

Comfortable and convenient apartment We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The place is in a quiet complex, clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen, a terrace, and a lovely view. They even cleaned the room daily, and the free cold drinks in the fridge were a really nice touch. The location is great, just opposite the train station, which made getting around very easy. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants right outside. It’s a beautiful base for a relaxing holiday in Palermo.

The walls were very thin, you could hear the people in the next room when they used the toilet or shower. As a recommendation, better soundproofing.

The place was in a great location and was clean, at the same time it felt like nobody wants to make it comfortable. There is a terrace with a great view but you can't use a sun lounger and lie down on because it doesn't have any cushions and it's extremely uncomfortable. Everything there feels like a hotel without much effort to make it cozy. Even when it comes to toilet paper I was forced to ask for it at the hotel front desk, since it wasn't obvious enough that I should find it under the sink in a special box. The staff doesn't speak English properly, so it's hard to communicate. If you're looking for a location in a downtown and you don't have any expectations, then it's a nice choice. Otherwise, I would choose a different place

The apartment itself was perfectly clean, big, and well equipped. The terrace was lovely for a drink in the evening or to sunbathe in the day. The kitchen is on the terrace, but it had everything needed once I found it! The location is also great for the train station and close to the centre.

The reception staff were pretty disinterested and did not offer information on breakfast, WiFi, or much else. Breakfast was not great, and I would suggest skipping it as there are great places close by. The lift is ridiculous, and, on two occasions, I had to wait over 5 mins for it to arrive.
