Jozsef 18 Apartment - 5 mins to New York Café

they say they have hairdryer but turn out they didnt have it. i asked them and they say to call the colleague. i did call them at 8am she just woke up and being rude saying she will come in 10minute and did say that i call her too early. someone came after 1 hour ++ to clean other room but i didnt check again for hairdryer that day, since my hair is very dry by then. at night i check again if we have hair dryer, but no at the end we didnt get any hairdryer at all even until the last day of my stay. why say that you have 24/7 support when people get scold when they call you 8 in the morning. you rented your place for people on vacation and even your policy was to checkout before 10am, didnt you expect people to wakeup before then? should we not call you before you wakeup? why would you even say that you have hairdryer if you didnt put it there! just say you didnt have it and we will bring it ourself. we also found cockroaches at the apartment! very not recommended! the toilet do have smell! and they absolutely wont help you if you have emergency! 24/7 support my ass

I like the interior design of the room. Also it is big and comfortable to stay

We scared because of the elavator, it is like something creepy.

Renting a reaaaaally tight room for 3 people without air conditioning should be illegal. Even opening the windows was not okay regarding security since the room was accessible from a publicly used balcony. The flush was broken, the people before us used it and we woke up to an unpleasant view. We wanted to cancel and asked for a refund but the owner was unresponsive!

I really enjoyed my stay here, was comfortable, high ceiling, nice design. Beds, kitchen, toilet were fine. Good price, very good location, has Lidl supermarket outside, good public transport. Ventilator.

The apartment was quite warm im summer from the heat outside, we had to open windows and ventilator at night. Shower head was not spraying right, I notified the contacf person. if it had been fixed in time, I would have given a better rating.

There was no fans or air conditioning so was very hot

Parking on the street was not easy and at parking lots was very expensive!! The third bed was broken and very unconfortable.

Very nice apartment centrally located in Budapest.

Unfortunately, the food we had with us was removed from the fridge. Somebody cleaning up the other apartment had thrown away everything including our good quality lunchboxes. We asked the owner for a recompense which had been confirmed initially but until today there was no further reaction, far less any payment for our loss. Might be the only deficit we have to claim for this location, but still a major one.

The room was pretty much exactly as advertised.

The room was very warm and there was no aircon. The bed upstairs was incredibly uncomfortable. The people in the room nextdoor were obnoxious and loud - they woke us up at night and in the morning. The elevator in the building is ropey as hell, so be careful when you're getting in and out because it moves suddenly and quickly! The building in general also feels a bit sketchy.
