La posizione centrale a 10 min. Da piazza Vorosmarty e dalla metro opera. La struttura è dotata del necessario, microonde ed è climatizzata. Siamo stati a dicembre e il clima interno era confortevole.

Siamo stati in 2 adulti e 2 bambini per 3 notti e ci hanno consegnato solo 2 teli da bagno e 2 tappetini. Fortunatamente avevo letto una recensione che avvisava dei pochi asciugamani a disposizione ed ho portato degli asciugamani usa e getta che mi hanno salvato la situazione.

The location was perfect and very close to the main attractions people typically visit in Budapest.

Our stay at this apartment was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The accommodation simply acknowledged the issues but did nothing meaningful to resolve them. From the beginning, none of the heating worked: the AC blew almost no warm air, and the gas convector emitted a strong gas smell. After we reported it, technicians came while we were out, and the only “solution” offered was a small electric heater, completely insufficient for the entire apartment. The gas smell was later confirmed by maintenance, who instructed us to keep the windows open due to inhalation danger. We had to sleep with the window half open for three nights in cold weather. Only on the last day did someone come to shut down the gas pipe so we could sleep without worry. The bathroom heater was also not working and leaking. Cleanliness was also below standard: the apartment wasn’t very clean, there was not enough cutlery, and some dishes were dirty. We also did not receive enough towels for 2 adults and 2 children until we explicitly asked for them. Although the customer team responded quickly on WhatsApp, no real solution was provided beyond sending maintenance staff and giving us a small heater. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, which further affected our stay. The location is excellent, but the safety issues, poor cleanliness, inadequate equipment, and lack of proper response make this property impossible to recommend.

Mancavano di fatto le stoviglie per cucinare

La posizione e la vicinanza ai servizi quali supermercato, autobus e mezzi di trasporto.

Il divano letto non era molto comodo, poiché pendeva da una parte.

Pěkné útulné udržované ubytování, až na pár detailů čisté, taktéž povlečení a ručníky na jedničku. Postel pohodlná. Vybaveno i pračkou a myčkou, takže super na delší pobyt. Teplá voda po celý den. Na to, že se ubytování nachází v hlavní oblasti nočních barů, byl v noci relativně klid. Určitě bych příště zvolila toto ubytování znovu. Je vidět, že se majitel o ubytování stará.

Chválím žehličku, ale chybí nějaký prostor nebo prkno na žehlení. Taktéž by bylo vhodné dodat rychlovarnou konvici a třeba utěrku. Trochu nám vadil vždy při příchodu neurčitý závan (asi jako mokrý starý hadr, ale mopem, který tam také je, to nebylo). Prkénko na WC by bylo třeba opravit. A více se zaměřit na úklid podlahy. Bylo tam pár "zapomenutých předmětů". Venku před vchodem byl po celou dobu pobytu nějaký černý odpadkový pytel, neznámo s čím. Nezpůsobilo to moc vábně.
