Great view from 29 floor and pool and gym access and right next to shopping mall and bus station. Very cosy small apartament sith all you need to comfortable stay
Owner eas very helpful but checking in was NOT smooth and took some time. Place didnt really feel sparkling clean, fine for me but some could complain

Good place to stay for the night if you're taking the bus to Maya Port / Malapascua thr next morning. Next to SM City Mall, which is where the bus station is. On the 29th floor so pretty quiet compared to street level
Coffee machine but no coffee or other amenities.
