Please note that an additional charge of EUR 45 from 20:00 to 24:00 is applicable for late check-in.  Please note that an additional charge of EUR 70 from 24:00 is applicable for late check-in. The cleaning service is mandatory as follows: Stays of up to one week: Final cleaning: €500 Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 hours/2 people) halfway through the stay: €100 Full final cleaning at the end of the second week: €500 Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each Full final cleaning at the end of the third week: €500 Please note that the use of the heated pool will incur an additional charge of EUR 250 per week, and the use of house heating will incur an additional charge of EUR 300 per week from 15/10 to 15/04.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
