Cozy 1 BR apartment at the heart of BGC, Taguig

Everything was neat and organized. Owner was friendly and willing to assist when needed! Great location with a short walk to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Stayed here a total of 10 days. The apartment itself is overall very pleasant, comfortable and spacious enough for two people, very clean and well maintained. Well equipped with drinking water, extra towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is good and suitable for working. The host was very accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure my partner and I were settled in. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping malls, parks, 24-hour convenience stores, everything you could possibly need. The apartment complex seems well secured with a lot of staff and guards at all hours, without feeling intrusive. The swimming pool is very nice and accessible. For a short stay, really can't go wrong with it. Price is fair for the area.

The property is not a true 1BR but more like a big studio. There is no door to the bedroom although there is a curtain if you need it. The bathroom feels a bit outdated, quite dark and everything gets wet. The kitchen, though equipped, is not fully usable: I was told the building does not allow gas cooking, so only one electric burner is available, which does not work very well. There is almost no surface area available for preparing food, so it is not the best option for longer stays if you plan to do any cooking. No laundry in the building; there is a laundry service around the block but it's way overpriced for the terrible service on offer, but that is not really the property's fault.
